Property management
Every landlord, with the houses they let and the terms of each
A landlord's record lists their houses, the tenant and rent of each, the account the rent goes to and every invoice. They follow it all in their own portal.
On the house
A person or your agency.Every house for rent names who lets it.
A house for rent has a Landlord card next to its owner: a landlord person, or your agency itself. Someone who is not in People yet is added with the Landlord tag in one step.
What the app keeps per landlord
The terms live on each lease, so two houses of one landlord can differ.
Payment details
The landlord's IBAN lives on their record. You fill it in, or the landlord does in the portal; each new lease copies it.
Your agency fee per lease
A fixed amount a month or a percentage of the rent, deducted from the landlord's rent or charged to them separately. It never appears on the tenant's invoice.
Invoices on their behalf
Your agency issues the rent invoices on behalf of the landlord, who is named on each one. The landlord sees every invoice of their house and whether it is paid.
Your agency as landlord
Let a house yourself: the member you choose in Settings signs the leases for your agency.
A landlord pipeline
Onboarding, Meeting, Renting out house, Tenant found and Contract signed. Assigning a tenant moves the landlord to Tenant found, a fully signed lease to Contract signed.
Checked before the meeting
Where your agency runs the Wwft check, a landlord moves into Meeting only once their check is approved.
From intake to a signed lease
- 01
Intake
Add the landlord and plan the intake meeting. The welcome email and the meeting task are ready as draft automations.
- 02
Renting out the house
Put the house up for rent with its rent fields and set who lets it.
- 03
Tenant found
Assign a tenant. The landlord moves to Tenant found and gets the congratulations email if you turned it on.
- 04
Contract signed
The landlord signs the lease first, then the tenants. Once everyone has signed, the invoices start.
Pricing
No monthly price for rentals. A fixed fee when one starts.
You pay once for every tenant you couple to a landlord's home, charged when the rental starts. Every rental feature is included, with unlimited members.
