Companies stay visible.The company shows on every card.

A company tenant's card shows the contact person first, then the company with a Company chip. Every board has a Companies filter.

What changes when the tenant is a company

The Company modifier works on every tag: a company can rent, let, buy or sell.

  • KVK look-up

    Look the company up by its KVK number. When the look-up is not available, type the details in yourself.

  • The company's details

    Legal name, KVK number, legal form, address, phone, VAT number and the contact person, on the tenant's record.

  • Where the person works

    On by default: the company is the person's employer. Switch it off to fill in a different employer.

  • Company and contact person checked

    The company is confirmed at the KVK, its declared owners are screened and the UBO extract is uploaded. Both must be approved before the tenant moves on.

  • The lease and the invoices

    The contact person signs the lease with the landlord, and the rent invoices are made every month as for any rental.

  • A Company tab in the portal

    The company keeps its own details up to date in your branded portal.

    Add the company

    Add the tenant, tick This is a company and look it up by KVK number.

    Check it

    The Wwft check covers the company and the contact person; an owner or admin approves it.

  3. 03

    Assign the house

    Assign the company to the house with the term, the rent and the landlord.

  4. 04

    Sign and invoice

    Send the lease for signing. The invoices start once everyone has signed.

Is a company rental a separate product?
No. A company is a tenant with the Company modifier, in the same Tenants pipeline, with the same rental, lease and invoices. It is priced per space rented to a company.
Can a company be a landlord too?
Yes. The Company modifier works on every tag, so a company can let, buy or sell as well. The person on the record acts as the company under every tag.
Who signs the lease for the company?
The person on the record, who acts for the company, together with the landlord and every relation of that person with an email address.
Why is a company always reviewed?
Comparing the declared owners with the UBO extract is a person's job, so Buyerbase marks every company amber for an owner or admin to review.
What does it cost?
No monthly price. You pay € 10 once per space you rent out to a company, charged when the rental starts, excluding VAT.
