Built in Amsterdam, for the people who find homes for others
Buyerbase started as one designer's frustration with how a house purchase gets managed: in email threads, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. It is now a product for the aankoopmakelaars who do it every week.
THE STORY
Why this exists
Buying a home in the Netherlands is a sprint with paperwork. The buyer has a mortgage adviser, a buyer agent, a notary, and a folder of PDFs that lives in three places at once. The agent, meanwhile, is running fifteen of those sprints at the same time, in a CRM that was built for selling.
We kept seeing the same thing: the agencies that win are the ones who see the house first and get the buyer ready before it goes public. That advantage lived in someone's head and someone's inbox. Buyerbase makes it a system.
So we built a workspace around the buyer instead of the deal. Documents, preferences, houses, viewings and the team, in one file. Under the agency's own name, because the relationship belongs to them, not to us.
Buyerbase is built by Bogdan, a product designer in Amsterdam, with the first agencies at the table. That is why the first five pay once and keep it for the life of the product.
HOW WE WORK
Four things we will not compromise on
Clear over clever
If an agent needs a tutorial, we designed it wrong. Every screen answers "where are we with this buyer?" first.
The agency owns the relationship
White-label is not a feature tier for us, it is the point. Buyers see your name. We stay in the background.
Data stays yours
Database and files in the EU, export any time, no lock-in. A processing agreement under Dutch law, not a 40-page policy.
Build with, not for
Our first agencies talk to us monthly. Their workflow shapes the roadmap, not our assumptions.
