    AI maps every field

    AI matches each column to its field in Buyerbase and each buyer's status to the eleven stages. A column without a match is kept as a note, never dropped.

    It runs overnight

    The import runs overnight. The next morning your whole agency works in Buyerbase, and the old CRM can be cancelled.

Do I keep my old CRM next to Buyerbase?
No. Buyerbase replaces it. Everything moves over, so you work in one system and can cancel the old subscription.
Can a person be imported twice?
No. People are matched on email and phone, and every imported row keeps a record of where it came from, so nothing is imported twice.
What if a field has no place in Buyerbase?
It is kept as a note on the record, so nothing from your old CRM is lost.
