You pay when you get paid
Buyerbase has no monthly price. You pay a small commission when a house completes and a fixed fee when a rental starts, and nothing in a quiet month.
No subscription
Per-seat software charges for every user, every month, and sells features as higher tiers or add-ons. Buyerbase costs € 0 a month for the whole agency, with every feature and unlimited members.
There is no trial and no yearly plan. You can use Buyerbase without a card for as long as you like. A card goes on file before your first completed sale.
A commission on every completed house
A commission applies to every completed sale, on the sale price, whether you acted for the seller or for the buyer. It is counted per calendar month and per side, and the rate of the tier you reach applies to every house of that side in that month.
When your agency sells a house:
- 1 to 5 houses a month: 0.050% of the price
- 6 to 10 houses a month: 0.045% of the price
- 11 to 20 houses a month: 0.040% of the price
- 21 or more houses a month: 0.035% of the price
When a buyer buys through you:
- 1 to 5 houses a month: 0.045% of the price
- 6 to 10 houses a month: 0.040% of the price
- 11 to 20 houses a month: 0.035% of the price
- 21 or more houses a month: 0.030% of the price
At most € 500 per house on each side, for every agency. Every completed sale is checked against the Kadaster, and commissions are invoiced once a month for the month before.
Why the rate falls as you complete more
The tier you reach reprices the whole month. A rate that rose with volume would make the sixth sale cost more than it brings, and nobody should have a reason to stop logging at five. So the rate goes down as your month gets busier.
An example
Say your agency sells 6 houses and helps 4 buyers buy in one month, at an average price of € 480.000. The houses sold are charged at 0.045%, € 216 each. The houses bought are charged at 0.045%, € 216 each. The month comes to € 2.160, excluding VAT.
As one of the first ten agencies you would pay € 1.080 for the same month.
Rentals
Property management has no monthly fee either. You pay € 10 once when you couple a tenant to a landlord's home, and € 10 once for every space you rent out to a company, charged when the rental starts. Prices exclude VAT.
Two ways to pay less
- The first ten agencies. The first ten agencies that put a card on file pay half of every rate, for as long as they keep a card on file. The cap of € 500 per house stays the same.
- Lifetime. € 10.000 once, excluding VAT. No commission for 12 months, then half of every rate for the life of the product.
Credits for Ask Bas
Your account starts with 300 credits for Ask Bas and the builder, and every completed house adds 100. Earned credits do not expire. When you need more, add a pack.
